    • You have 48 hours to create your password before the link expires.

  2. Log In Anytime – Once set up, you can securely access your portal 24/7.

  3. Upload & Download –

    • Use Documents to Preparer to upload your tax information.

    • Use Documents from Preparer to download your Tax Organizer or completed files.

    • For entities (LLC, S‑Corp), additional sections are included in the Tax Organizer.

  4. Automatic Notifications – We are notified whenever you upload or download files. Please let us know once you’ve finished uploading so we can complete your return.
